A Fine Early 19th Century Swiss Gold & Enamel Vinaigrette formed as a wheatsheaf. The bezel shows half poles around a golden wheatsheaf with the rim and base in dark blue translucent enamel and the interior bearing the mark ‘MB & Co.’ for Moulinie Boutte & CIE Geneva. Also marked ’18 CT’ and the number 5. The top has an additional ring so it can be worn on a chain. Provenance: The Mellon Collection
